PRE-SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• To secure your 2014 Faraday Porteur, a valid credit card is taken to hold your place in line for the Fall 2014 pre-order window via our website www.faradaybikes.com.
• You will receive an invoice for the balance of your payment ($3500 + taxes and shipping) within 4-6 weeks prior to when your bikes ships to you or a local bike shop. Shipping is $120 per order.
• You may cancel your order up until your credit card is shipped for the full amount 4-6 weeks prior to your bike shipping to you or a local shop.
• A selection is required for your frame size, color preference, or accessory selection when you place your pre-order. This selection may be changed up until full payment is required for your 2014 Faraday Porteur. We will contact you to make sure you receive exactly the right Faraday for you.
• Faraday's initial production run is entirely sold out. You are placing a pre-order now to be the first to receive a bicycle from our second production run, which we expect to begin shipping fall 2014.
• We regret to inform international customers that we are NOT currently accepting pre-orders for international sales. Faraday DOES intend to sell internationally, beginning as soon as late 2014. Please contact us at info@faradaybikes.com or join our mailing list to stay updated on international sales.
• All pre-order customers will receive regular status updates as we meet milestones for shipping. Stay tuned...
